Neural rewiring

What is synaptic plasticity, Hebbian learning and rewiring of the brain?

The brain is characterized by plasticity, it is "plastic" ("ΠΛΑΣΤΙΚΟΣ"), meaning malleable. Similarly to body-building, you can do brain-building to strengthen its synapses, meaning the connections of wires, which are connecting input-stimulus and output-action. Or also create new ones and rewire existing ones.

When you learn the piano, you connect reading notes together with moving fingers; you create new connections.

That is "Hebbian learning" whose premise is that "cells that fire together, wire together" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hebbian_theory).

When you divert the stimulus of bad weather from causing depressive mood towards maintaining balanced mood, you change the wire or the wire-output from depression to balanced attitude.

In electromagnetic targeting, we may say that neurolinguistic programming changes the wiring of the brain. For instance audio cortex rewiring allows for interpretation of an electromagnetic stimulus as an audio stimulus. It has been reported that in the first stages of targeting a subject may hear voices as if coming from the background or from large distances, while later they would be heard very clearly.

Neurotransmitter entrainments facilitate neural rewiring

"Dopamine dump" which means dopamine "surge" as in "sudden large increase" is associated to a microwave frequency weapon that floods the brain with dopamine. This leads to brain overexcitation. Generally, dopamine is associated to pleasure and is also known to facilitate learning. When the "dopamine dump" is used during electromagnetic targeting entrainment patterns, it increases the learning speed of the brain for these, in a manner that may be similar to an "addiction" process.

The notion of dopamine dump is explained in this video.

Brain-to-brain interfacing with an operator

It is alleged that brain hacking includes remote (electromagnetic) brain-to-brain interfacing with operators who are trained to intervene in thought processing using coherence practices (cf. heart coherence linked to sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system synchronization and biofeedback) [*]

That could be considered to resemble to the work of a hypnotherapist who is trained to be able to intervene in subconscious processes, such as finding subconscious trauma and enabling self-healing through coherence practices.
